Session 2: Goals + Reset Plan

  • 3 clear goals
  • “This year I will…” plan


WEEK 2: Planning + Organization


Session 1: Calendar System

  • How to use a calendar properly 
  • Keep track of ALL commitments (school + life)

Activity:

  • Build your real weekly schedule


Session 2: Task Management System

  • Where assignments live (not just in your memory)
  • Daily/weekly planning routine

Activity:

  • Real time “task tracker” simulation 
  • Plan a real upcoming week


WEEK 3: Execution (Starting + Finishing)


Session 1: Starting Work (Beating Procrastination)

  • Why they avoid starting
  • “How to start when you don’t feel like it”

Activity:

  • Break down a real assignment live
  • 5-minute start challenge


Session 2: Follow-Through + Accountability

  • Why things don’t get finished
  • How to stay consistent

Activity:

  • Personal accountability system
  • “What happens when I fall off” plan


WEEK 4: Communication + Confidence


Session 1: Self-Advocacy

  • How to email teachers
  • How to ask for help

Activity:

  • Write + practice real messages


Session 2: Confidence + Maintaining the System

  • How to keep systems going when school gets busy
  • How to recover after slipping
